Just looking through youtube videos of the e90 3-series idrive system, as im set on a 3 series now, M sport with i-drive.

Anyway, on the american videos, they have options for Sat Radio, where there are hundreds of channels of different types of music, which would be great because currently, i can get one classical station, one chat station and the rest is crap i dont like.

Can we get sat radio over here?

And if so, could a 2005/06/07 3 series pick it up?

We had this in a hire car in the States and it was brilliant. Only managed to tune it into Radio One (not so brilliant) but it meant we could listen to some vaguely familiar voices... and they put the shows on at the relevant times, so you could listen to the breakfast show at breakfast time. It's magic!

Nope not available.

The closest you would get to it would be the DAB stations.
