CL55 AMG, what a machine this is. Had the pleasure of owning one a few years back and it is an incredible bit of kit. Power on tap that is mind blowing and every gadget known to man. this thing was 100k+ out of the showroom and just noticed that you can have one now for as little as 7k, incredible for a car of this spec.

I'd love a CL, but the huge running costs and rust problems put me off. Beautiful design though.

It's the non supercharged one with a few less horses but, as you say, a lot of car for the money. smile

I was offered one of these beauties about a year ago.

It was a 1 owner from new with 160k on the clock, fMsh. immaculate. To me, from a buisness friend £7k.

Tempted wasnt the word! considering what i drove at the time(and now) it would have been a monumental jump up the ranks. And at 24, i think very cool. But, alas at that mileage i couldnt get over the fact that somthing was going to go pop and ream my ass big time.

Supposedly disks and pads for the front form a Merc dealer is nigh on £2k.......ouch.
