There's a comment in that 2nd video saying it's not South African either as they don't have cameras in their cars.
Anyone know any other countries where they drive right hand drive cars and are generally a bit nuts?

Oh yeah - didn't notice that they were indeed driving on the left in RHD cars.
None of the countries that drive on the left and that have that level of infrastructure (ie paved roads and buildings) seem batst enought to do stuff like that.
