Bushing grease

Hi,

Hoping to replace my ARB bushes this weekend.

What grease (if any) is suggested for them? They're standard rubber ones (not poly).

I've got silicone / moly / copper grease in the garage.

You want white lithium grease for plastics and rubbers.

Ended up using silicone grease in the end on the bush.

Not a bad job to do and hopefully they'll be no more creaking!
