Crx del sol/civic vti?
Discussion
I briefly drove a CRX VTi years ago. Really enjoyed it. I don't know which is which but of the del sol is the one with the rather snazzy (and way ahead of it's time!) roof, then just be aware that it adds a huge amount of weight to the car. I seem to remember it may have added 150 kg which must have an effect on handling and go.
I have a Del sol with a B18. Cracking car. Showing its age now though as most of them are.
Fuel wise it depends on how you drive them, VTEC cars need thrashing to get the best but they reward you with a nice buzz
Just taking mine off the road to break (as they're worth more in bits) but I will miss it.
Get one cheap enjoy it roofless in the summer.

I was thinking either EG or the 2 door coupe version (em1?)
EM1 is a nice car. But they are a bit heavier than the hatch and the B16 isn't quite man enough for it.The EG6 VTI is a good light car. The things to look out for is rusty rear arches and engines that haven't been serviced.
You'll struggle to find a good clean EG VTI but there are a lot of nice EM1s about. Look for rarer colours, white, champagne gold and black. There's some nice options such as leather and suede seats and mods are quite easily available.
