Just had my car serviced and they had to replace the horn! It's never worked, car was bought new, so they replaced it under warranty.

This got me thinking, what is the strangest part/parts people have had replaced under warranty?

I bought a 7 series in the late 90s and complained about
the heater not being very good, turned out the car had never been
fitted with a blower on the drivers side. Fairbairns even had
the cheek to ask me if I had removed it. laugh
