Swiftcover documents/Website help

Need a copy of my insurance documents for the morning, to Tax the car. Log into the Swiftcover website, and it will only show me the house insurance documents, no sign of any car documents. Gone through my emails I have a policy number but can't search for it or anything on the site, can't find an email address to pester them on, and the phone lines are shut since it's a bank holiday (somewhere). Anyone had a similar problem with them before?

Are you sure your house and car insurance are both registered to the same email address?

careful when you ring them, i belive they charge a stupid amount.

Yep, checked the confirmation emails and they both go to the same address.

Yep, the phone number is 0871, without an alternative, at the moment struggling to even find an email address.
