Lucas / LSUK part number identification

Bit of a long shot, but does anyone happen to have an old Lucas / LSUK catalogue that they can look up a part number in for me? As LSUK are no longer in business, even Google is struggling.

I'm having a bit of a clearout and found a reconditioned steering rack that may possibly be Ford related but I'm not sure.

There's also what appears to be a part number on the rack itself: 3400 75 490 RH C but it's fairly hard to read so that may be wrong.
