So who can beat my bargain MPG miser challenge:

Approximately £10 per mpg biggrin

I'm sure there is some mathematical equation we can up with to try & beat hehe

I bought this a few months ago for £600, which I thought was a bit of bargain as its quite tidy for an olden, FSH & all up to date, years ticket & 6 months rent. Then I promptly sold it to a mate in deperate need of transport. Anyway its back in the driveway despite my current hatred of everything VW rage

Its a Cordoba Coupe driving with the 1.9Tdi oldskool 90bhp lump, 120k miles its very yellow eek Ecomiser driving I can get 65mpg & even saw 70mpg+ on a long trip yesterday, runs on fresh air like our old 1.9 tdi Passat did.

I bet this is as eco as any Golf blumotion, it weighs 2/3rds of a Golf.

Its in lovely nick on the inside, sports leather seats, aircon (that actually works) trip computer & a huge boot big enough to get 5 Landcruiser tyres in hehe

It might be slow - I have 500bhp available to fix that urge

The interior is actually ok tbh - once your sat in it that is hehe

It might be yellow - I shall only use it in the dark then hehe

My fleet alternatives at the moment are'nt the most economic cars known to man eek 4.2 Landcruiser or 2.5 Turbo monster hence I thought I'd keep this one for a wee while to sip the fuel.

Shouldn't this be in reader's cars section? Don't mind the colour but I'd sure be looking at those seats a lot, prior to even getting in me thinks- not very desirable are they? Still, seems a cheap run about
