Im just going through the annual insurance renewal. At the moment Octagon seem to be coming in the cheapest at around £460. However, nowhere on their site can I find the actual wording of the proposed policy. Now, call me anal but I'd rather read the policy before I pay... How else am I supposed to know whether it's suitable for me or not?

Or am I just expected to pay for something before I find out the details?

If you pay and don't like the policy don't you have a 14 day get out clause or something?

Sure I read that somewhere coffee

Thanks. Couldn't find it myself - it'd be nice if after filling in all the details, they provided a link on their quote page.

TBH, in nearly 20 years I've never had to made a claim on my own insurance. I tend to think of it as just a legal requirement which I'll just find the cheapest option. I guess that'll change if I ever need to claim.
