If we start an article by telling you about the best way to sell your Porsche on the internetweb, you might fairly assume that it is a thinly disguised plug for the PistonHeads classifieds(and you'd be right: follow the link and sell your car - now!), but we on PH like to think ourselves more subtle than that.

And besides, however effective a well thought-out PH classified ad may be, we can guarantee you it is as nothing compared with the lengths that a chap called Peter Bohus has gone to in order to sell his 1985 Porsche 911 Targa.

Not only has he created a tumblr site with a series of 'fashion' shots, he's also made a slick and genuinely amusing video featuring his 145k-mile B-reg Porsche. The genius is that he appears to be showcasing his video production skills as much as giving us a giggle. And probably doing a fine job of selling a certain red German sports car... he's even posted a link to a 'normal' Auto Trader ad.

"I am reluctant to sell my beautiful Porsche 911 Supersport Targa as I no longer have the time or energy to cope with the pressures of being in the public eye of admirers, gorgeous women constantly falling at my feet, always having to arrive in style to decadent fetish parties, long drives to classic motor shows and trying to find a parking space at Les Trois Garcons," says our plucky vendor. "I'm now looking for the right candidate to hand down this hedonist roof down boxer engined lifestyle so that I may retire and have a long break in Nepal."

Great ad but, I hope it doesn't become a trend. I really can't be arsed (nor do I have the talent) to produce a full blown video every time I need to move a motor on.

Very creative, thats shot at Tower Porsche,just round the corner from Tower Bridge.

Puts those wannabe arty classified shots some people "try" to pull off into the weeds.
