I use a veho muvi, it's doesn't have a screen and whilst the videos are not bad there not as good as the gopros.

But was only £38 on eBay with various mounts and at that money I think it's good value, ideal for the sprints I use it for

I got a cheap thing off ebay that looks like the muvi and its ok, I can either clip it to my numberplate or the wind deflector between the seats.

IIRC it cost less than £10, video quality is ok for the price, does get the odd little bit of 'lag' every so often.
