Yokohama Parada tyres

Did a search and nothing came up, could easily be wrong though!

So, these tyres are ridiculously cheap (£43.15 for 1x 195-50-15)

I love the tread pattern, but with being a soft compound how long will they last etc, what are the grip levels like

Any experience would be appreciated

Im assuming they're parada 2's, great tyre by all accounts. Very grippy in the dry, not too sure about the wet weather performance, i know a few friend who have them and they love them. I too love the tread patten, one of the best i've ever seen.

Shh don't tell anyone!

They are a bit noisy and as they are soft, wear fairly quickly, but up there with the best for grip in the dry and not suicidal in the wet either.

I have them on both my VVC Coupe (195/50/15) and my 900 Turbo Carlsson (205/45/16) and don't have any complaints.

Great in the dry, shocking in the wet and they look cool.

As someone who has inherited a set on one of my cars. Noisy, average grip at best in the dry and absolutely shocking in any other weather. Avoid like the plague.

Mainly bought by Chav's who think it will make their Corsa handle like an Elise. Invest another £110 in some Continental Contact Sport 3's.

I think that's harsh... the dry level grip is pretty damn good I think... but how much dry weather do we get to warrant a full on dry tyre?

In 15" most tyres are quite cheap... I'd recommend Goodyear F1's over them and Toyo's last longer with similar grip imo.

They do look great but wear so quickly if you're driving spiritedly.

Mine squeal like a pig on the limit and being almost semi slicks break away fast. If people are looking at the cheaper end of the spectrum I would recommend Falken FK452

Average in the dry. Terrible in wet conditions, best of luck if you hit a puddle. Don't be sold on them from aesthetics - that shouldn't be their selling point.

You can't spend enough on tyres IMO - get the absolute best you can afford.

Very poor tyres in my experience. I bought them on some recommendations and promptly put them on ebay about 8 weeks later.
No real grip to speak of, went off very quickly after hard driving and no progression in their (lack of) grip levels.
