Ok so here's the quandry. We are about to purchase another vehicle as a 'toy' and I'm trying to work out the best option for insuring the damn thing.

The position so far:

Me - I have a daily driver insured by Ins Co #1 (renewed in May and paid in full). I also have a weekend toy insured by Ins Co #2 (my NCB has been mirrored) and this policy is due for renewal in July.

Mrs - Has her own vehicle insured by Ins Co #3 and the renewal is due in August.

The obvious choice seems to be to get the Mrs to find insurance for the new vehicle whereby she can mirror her NCB..?? However, that will be 3 x vehicles that will have their renewal around about the same time of year July / August with potentially different insurance companies which seems a bit mad to me.

Any ideas on what other options are available..??

Mod note: any chance of leaving in GG for a bit at least smile
