2011 GTR Wow!

Swapped a few laps at Snetterton yesterday and went in a new 2011 GTR for half a dozen or so quick laps. I was gobsmacked by how capable
the thing was! It was stock apart from some 400mm Alcon's (Up-graded only because the owner was a regular track visitor)
The most amazing thing for me was when we slowed down it drove just like a normal luxury motor, quiet, smooth and fitted with all the toys!

Impressive, aren't they? Successfully managed to destroy my cynicism of ubertech jap cars.

It's a big motor, I just thought f..k me how's it doing this! Driver had all the aids turned off but it was still awesome. I believe
with the computers helping you can specify the "Drift" angle you want, how cool would that be around the M6 M1 interchange

No-one in their right minds could not find the GTR impressive. However, I still don't actually like it very much.

But then I suppose I would say the same about almost all modern supercars.

Well I think it is Not in the same way a Ferrari is, but it has its own look.

Sounds like a few cars in one - comfy, practical, yet a real weapon.
