Wasteful Councils

I live in a rural part of Northamptonshire. In January this year the highways came and re applied all of our surrounding roads white lining. Last
Thursday/Friday they came and put chippings down covering all the lines... What a waste of tax payers cash!!! No wonder we're all paying OTT taxes!!
