Noise test

Where are you able to get a noise test done other than at a track day?

Hoping to do some track days / air field days etc when my engine build is finished and the noise limit seems to be 101 / 105 decibels. The app for my phone maxes out at 105 and it goes straight to 105 decibels at 3000rpm, 45 degrees from exhaust and .5ms away...

I'm not sure if a phone app could do it properly or accurately, get a proper sound level/decibel meter, they're fairly cheap.
