Have I missed something, 33.5K MINI Cooper S Countryman?

I've just been perusing the PH classified's, as you do. Sorted the MINI Cooper S section in descending price order and was shocked to find the first one at 33.5K and the next at a shade under 32K, do people really spend this kind of money on them?
