Cheapest place for roof bars for a Honda Civic 02, 3dr?

Been looking around on the web to find some roof bars for my Honda Civic 3dr on 02 plates, prices from £120 to £179!!! All that seems a little excessive for what they actually are, mild steel coated in plastic or paint!

Can anyone recommend a cheap source please?

Thanks but the cheapest option with those guys is £172 rising up to £220 which probably about half the value of the car!

A lot of people have these and dont use them after a while I posted a cheeky post in the Audi forum when I was looking for some and a friendly ph'er offered me his for sale. One smooth transaction later we were both happy bunnies ! not sure how its viewed by the mods but we got away with it ;-)

Ebay?

I found the cheapest way to get bars for my car was to buy the thule bits seperate on ebay. Think it worked out around £40 rather than £150+ getting all the bits new.

Sadly not, still about £120

I am gonna take a look on fleabay and see what is what.
