Setting a 'lap time' for your driveway is not something that most of us - even those with driveways could consider. Unless, perhaps, you laid out a miniature course for a radio-controlled car - but for some lucky people it does seem to be a possibility.

We don't know whether the driver in this video is actually the owner of the house whose grounds he is hooning round, but we love the idea that somebody out there has a driveway of sufficient length and complexity to effectively create a special stage in your own garden.

Add in the fact that this one has hairpins, elevation changes and even a yump and you can imagine that the owner of the house has a smile on their face even before they reach the main road to begin the morning commute...

I presume a yump is a very small jump.

was a bit meh, would have preffered some drifting action around it. that would be impressive. Im fully aware however that this gentleman migh not want his driveway covered in tyre tracks.

Thats near Hardingdon. Used to be a golf course or health club I think, but now a privatly owned residence by the chap who is driving the car!

I for one would like to applaud the guy for doing something that every petrolhead must dream of, and hope to one day get in a position were I could contemplate having such a brilliant driveway.

I know someone who was doing some work at an ex-F1 drivers house. The drive was very impressive, but he ended up rolling his car there.
