Repairing a Category D write off.

I've recently bought a Cat D Volvo V70. The driver's door and front wing are creased.
The damage is cosmetic only, and I'm not too bothered about it really. However, I can obtain a bare door & wing from the same year and colour as my car for £70.00
I've 3 questions really,
How much would I expect to pay a bodyshop to fit the new bits?
How would I go about getting the car removed from the write off register?
Would it make any difference to the value of the car if I sold it on again later?
Bear in mind the car is a 1998 V70 XC with 85k on the clock, and I paid £950 for it.
Is it worth all the faffing around??

I'd fit the door/wing myself and forget about the rest. For that kind of money it's probably not worth the hassle!

You can't have it removed from the register anymore.
A company called "auto lign" http://www.autoligninspections.co.uk/ do inspections where the status can be changed.
The car would no longer be a CAT D but a "CAT INSPECTED".

However for a 900 quid car it really isn't worth the bother and I doubt it would actually pass the inspection either - not because of the repaired panels, but simply because it's a strict inspection that I don't know if an older car would pass (they look for stuff like missing clips on the undertray for example). Would make no difference to the value of the car I suspect.
