Central garages in Brixham and Torquay. Bought a couple of cars off them at the weekend - one is a little mint Metro that I intend to keep forever and the other a traded in MX5.
Collected them yesterday, and even though they were both cheap, they were newly MOT'd and valeted (well, the Metro was, the Mazda was just washed) and the experience was really pleasant.
Went back today to order new plates for the Metro as I want it to be as mint and original as possible so wanted "Central Garages" on the bottom of the plates - sad I know, but hey.....
Went in, the bosses son was there and just said to the chap: "Do these good people a couple of plates will you?" to the guy in parts. Done there and then and no charge!
My wife is the only person in the house to buy new cars but can you guess where we'll be buying from next year? Good job they are now Mazda dealers since Rover went bust.
