Decent brand of brake discs?

Having been caught out by assuming Mintex were good (their advert stated they were OE fitment to the Veyron), what brand should I be seeking?

Are Pagid generally well regarded?

AFAIK yes, I'm sure they make OE discs for premium German cars, but like any other brand there's probably good Pagid stuff and not so good pagid stuff.

I put Pagid disks all round on my Golf v5 , been fab so far (3 months). about half the price of the VW genuine items - and I think pagid actually make the OEM disks for VW anyway.
