Strange number plate

Saw this (badly) parked at motorway services the other day.



Plate format doesn't seem to match any UK format I can find, anyone got a clue what it is (apart from a heap)?

Thanks, that was quick and makes me realise how poor the mobile version of Wikipedia is. Going back with a better idea of what to look for I found it in seconds.
