1.8T Engine Builders?

Hi there,

I know that Jabba Sport build 1.8T engines, but I was just wondering what other respected engine builders there are out there that people use?

I am looking to get the full works done, bored out to a 1.9, longer stroke 2.0 crank, forged rods, pistons, valves, head fully gas flowed with aggressive cams, and solid lifters.

Bill at Badger 5 is a well known 1.8T specialist, he races a circa 550bhp 1.8T Ibiza.

I'm sure I mentioned him on one of your SELOC threads ages back.

Never heard a bad word said about him, if nothing give him a bell at Badger5.

I've spoken to him a few times and he's a really nice guy who definitely knows his stuff when it comes to VW forced induction engines, and is quite happy to chat for hours to people like me who know very little! He posts as RWD19T on a few of the VAG forums (including S2Forum and Edition38).

You could get 500 bhp from it with 2 bar of boost, but running it slightly under at around 480 bhp would be better
