On a normal sort of family diesel car, how much would you expect to pay to add "Business Use" to the years insurance?
The business use in question is travelling to see two or three local "clients" a day as part of a Health Care job, so no carrying half a ton of samples or 50k miles a year, more like an extra 2 or 3k maximum.
In my mind its the same as "travelling to your place of work", except that place of work varies....

It makes no difference to my premium one way or the other.

Business use for me made no difference this year, but has reduced the premium in the past.

thanks all, last night my wife rang her lovely recovery company who double up as an insurance broker and the snotty individual quoted her over £50. She delayed, rang back tonight and got it for £20
I'm sure they just pluck figured out of the air

If your "business" is stunt-riding, expect the premium to go up by more than £50!
