Possible bit of interesting memorablia

Hi evreyone,

im putting this post up for a mate as he isnt registered on here and isnt the smartest when it comes to computers.
Basically the place he was working at was having a clear out of old rubbish and when taking one box load to the skip he saw some plates for a carbon clutch, he decided to dig around see if there was the rest of the clutch which there was including the box. From the paperwork and label attached to the box the clutch turns out to be a 5.5 inch AP carbon/carbon complete clutch built for prodrive from 1998.

which now makes it a bit more interesting seeing as im pretty sure carbon clutches were only used on WRC cars and not group n, so this could possibly have been used on Colin Mcrae's car, even if it wasnt it is still a great piece of memorablia and he is thinking of selling it but is not sure how much it could be worth, or wether just to put it onto ebay just as a Subaru Impreza WRC clutch.

So my question to the very knowledgable people on here is how much do you think it would be worth?

does he own an Impreza? If he does then he should put it to use

Prodrive built a lot of WRC cars each year ,so unlikely to have any memorabilia value.

Sell it as a carbon clutch

Nah unfortunately he doesnt have an impreza else he probably would, he has found someone selling an identical clutch but from a newer car ona rally spares site for 2000 euros but im not sure he would get that much for it
