Car parked in front of my property

I have a small business, it has parking for 3, 4 at a squeeze in front.
Some plonker decided to park in front, on the dropped kerb, partially blocking access.
The first member of staff in this morning didn't want to swing round the car so parked next door.
I arrived and couldn't get to my usual space. Two members of staff are due in later, they'll have to park next door also, luckily they are closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
Is this something I can do anything about? I seen threads previously like this, but this is business premises, and because of the width of the front, access isn't completely blocked.

could try a polite note on the windscreen advising that access is required constantly during office hours? we have a problem with people parking in the disabled spaces outside my place, i went down the polite notice on the windscreen route until people ignored it. my new tactic of A3 size stickyback printout of - 'DISABLED PARKING ONLY. NO BADGE = THIS POSTER EVERY TIME YOU PARK HERE. Yours The Management' on the windscreen puts repeat offenders off.

ttish by the Fiesta driver but are you really saying that your staff weren't able to get on that forecourt? Worst case scenario, they could have driven past and then turned round to come in from the other direction if they didn't fancy swinging round?

Are you saying the Fiesta is blocking access? I would guess its your Passat behind the Fiesta? Doesn't seem like he's preventing you and colleagues parking on your land, can't you just drive around the car?
I would guess you all park front end facing the building? A google maps diagram could help, but I can't really see a big problem here!

Politely request your two staff members to "box-in" the offending car.
When the car owner knocks your door, asking for the staff's vehicles to be moved, you can calmly explain the need for access to your business and politely ask him not to park there in the future.
It may also be worth mentioning to the offending driver, the number of complaints you have received about vehicles parked where he was being accidentally damaged by delivery trucks...

You could easily get two cars neatly reverse parallel parked where the VW has been ditched, backed up in front of those two door sets. Four cars should go on there no problem, whether the Fiesta is there or not. The problem is the hassle of shuffling the deck if the cars behind the Fiesta need to get out, then you have to move the lot. But if staff are arriving for work to park for the day, I don't see what the problem is?

I'm baffled how you have managed to set up and run a buisiness but yet don't have the initiative to drive around a badly parked car. If your staff can't work out how to fit four cars in that area while the Fiesta is parked there I would be tempted to terminate their contracts.

Well yes, I've parked behind it, however if one other car is parked on my land I am hence blocked in, which is very inconvenient.

I thought I'd share that is all, maybe I should have posted it in the bad parking thread.
I have now spoken to the police, who said there is nothing they can do. I reminded them it is parked over a dropped kerb, on the pavement obstructing passing pedestrians. They then said they'll get a PCSO to have a look in 24 hours.
What's the point of providing parking for staff when they can't use it.

With a bit of look they will visit the reg. keepers address, which may persuade them to move it
