Accident Help Required.............

To cut a very long story short i woke up last night to find a taxi had rolled down my road as the handbrake had come off and has smashed into the front of my car.

The fact that my car was parked in a bay next to a kerb means i am clearly not at fault and i have witnesses and photos to support this.

I don't want to use my insurance as a claim is still a claim and i have had success with using accident management companies before although i can remember who i used.

So any companies you can recommend or avoid?

I found a company called easi go anyone used them?

any other advice?

You can claim the increase in premium from the other driver as a finacial loss caused by the colision apparently. I only found out about this after I accepted "full and final" payment for a colision two years ago.
