swapping car - thoughts ????

Have been offered a couple of swaps for my car rather than outright purchase that I have turned down as they are not the cars Im looking for, but thinking now maybe I should do a swap for a car that might be easier to sell on

Suppose the downside would be I end with with a complete lemon or get stuck with a car I dont even want that doesnt sell anyway.

Where at the moment I do have a good car that I enjoy driving.

Am I just being crazy in my impatience to sell the car ?????

I have an SLK32 (2001) and was offered a Boxster S and a M3 both 2001 fsh and under 70,000 and a 2000 BoxsterS a 2000 with 60,000. nice cars but not what I'm after. Now thinking maybe should be thinking not in terms of is it a car I want but more would it be easier to sell on than the SLK.

Wouldn't of thought the BMW or Mercedes would be easier to shift than the other. Porsche is abit more high end I think, so may be a more narrow market to sell to. Are early e46's still prone to the nikasil engine problems? May of only been e36 it was an issue.

I thought the SLK32 AMG would of had less of a market than the boxster ? think there are only 2 for sale on here but maybe my thinking is wrong
