Quick question: New clutch, but having problems

Hi folks,

I know this is in the wrong section, but I need a quick answer. Two and a half months ago I purchased a stop gap car, which is a VW Lupo 1.4 100hp, yes the gearbox has been replaced and I had the clutch changed at the same time. But now when I am changing gear and the clutch is at the top of it's travel there is a grinding noise, does anyone know what this could be? Also the clutch release bearing is whining slightly when the car is idling and the clutch is disengaged.

I am just going to the garage where I bought the car from, but would like an idea on what this problem is. I only have a few weeks left on the warranty and want this sorted.

Seeing as the clutch release bearing is whining, could it be this which might grind when the clutch is toward the end of it's travel?

Sorry to bring this up again, but I have now had a chance to get to the garage and I am not sure what the problem is. Could anyone shed some light on my situation please?

Quick question:

When you had the clutch changed did you also get the release bearing and fork done? If not, I suggest this may be the problem. If the fork has got bent it can cause a graunching noise.
