Stupid Driver Alert.

Right, I always see bad driving when out on the roads, but never feel inclined to start a topic about it as there are more importantWhat Car threads things in life. Today is different though.
Driving down the A52/A606 (Graypaul Ferrari) and there was a '52' Renault Laguna that undertook dad and this (very nice) C Class coupe. Nothing really wrong with that as it happens often. What happens next is the worst bit....
We get to the next island and the Laguna is in the next lane about 4 cars ahead. He then tests the Laguna's ABS and comes to a halt and swings his door open while running to the '06' era Megane that was behind him. He is swearing and abusing the Megane driver of bad driving. Everyone slows down as he nearly hit an Aygo swinging his door open. He is really angry and swearing at this guy. We can even hear him from cars away. 'Learn to xxx drive you xxx xxx, what the xxx is your xxx problem! xxx. The Megane driver is saying 'Sorry mate' , I am sorry with what happened. The Laguna guy then shouts 'It's not xxx good enough etc etc...' The guy in the Megane looked scared and didn't know what to say or do.
He was still shouting and swearing as we drove past but as we drove past he put his hands through the Megane window towards the driver but annoyingly we were in the van so went out of sight as we drove past.
I assume that the Megane bumped the Laguna on the approach to the island. I know the smallest bump can still ruin your day but I think that the Laguna acted way OTT to the point of reaching into the Megane. The Laguna driver had tattoo's all over him so you can picture what he looks like. The Megane had a suit on and looked like a salesman/rep.
I hope that the Megane driver is alright if anything did happen. We slowed down as much as possible but didn't stop as we had a job to go to. Dad did consider stopping to give a witness and get number plates but as I say we didn't as we had a job to go to.
What would you of done in that situation?

If mr Tatts is grabbing me through the window close the window on his hand arms etc and drive backwards forwards any whihc way and if mr tatto is still hanging in window he will soon let go or get pushed off car
then 999 etc
but more people need to grow balls and call police or at least give details so that scum dont think they can rule the world

You don't sound too bothered if the Megane driver had his face smashed in as you didn't stop!
Id always Stop for things like this. I am not a big lad or looking for a scrap, sometimes just a few people stopping and ask questions to stop what's going on.
last yeah I pulled up about 7 cars back from a set of light's. I could see a guy on the floor with blood on his head. I was running behind and need to be on a job. so I was praying someone would stop. no one did so did. guy had, had a fit but he had bean there a while, with a substantial cut to his head.
if you were sat in that meganne having your face rearranged you would wonder why no one had stopped to help or called the police. its no use thinking someone else will. because there all thinking someone else will

What is the OP,s point he is trying to make ? 1 Telling us he saw a bit of road rage .or 2 That he saw a bit of road rage ,s**t himself along with dad and carried on cos he had a job to do ? I don,t invite myself to get involved with other peoples road rage ,but I am sure if I had seen it the way the OP describes it ,I would at least have stopped if only for some support of the defencless driver. And reported TATT man !
