Lease Companies which don't insist tyre changes at KwikFit

Anyone know if there are any? Also, does anyone know what the tyre policy for Masterlease cars is?
My current company car is due to be replaced and as I've TUPE'd to a new employer the new car is going to be leased from Masterlease (same company as Enterprise rentals).
I don't know, but my fingers are crossed that Masterlease have a few more options for tyre changes than the old lot (Inchcape).
I've had it with the crap service and quality that I encounter MOST OF THE TIMES I have to visit the f
king place.
How, when its not even my car or costing me for tyres, they manage to make the experience suck so much beats me.

However the mobile service come round regularly, they are given a list of the fleet that is on site and make an inspection. Tyres usually fitted same or next day.
And they use decent stick on weights, not the hammer on and damage the rim clip ons.

My most recent cars were Lex and Kwik Fit mobile looked after them (the option to go to them was also there) - if looking after them means generally replacing tyres that had plenty of life left in them and going for whatever makes them the most profit rather that fitting the tyres I'd rather have.Jimboka said:

They make it the most painful experience possible.They're always busy, even if you have called in advance.
You'll end up arguing over tread depth, tyre brand, or similar.
They'll take an hour to do a job that should take half the time.
I take mine to a branch within walking distance of a Starbucks now, just so I have an escape from the waiting room.
HSBC as has already been said use Kwik fit as do Royal Bank of Scotland. As someone above has said Kwik Fit's mobile service has always been very good in my experience. I got fed up with the depot telling me, can you come back in another 400 miles and we will see if your ready for tyres.

Waiting Areas? Not sure why one would care about the waiting areas? Customer Service and not fking up the job are the problems.1. Having to go back (twice) to get tyres rebalanced, on each occasion sitting in their nice waiting room for the thick end of 2 hours. Then, the 3rd time, giving up and paying to have them balanced at a proper tyre specialist. And subsequently getting a cheque from KwikFit to reimburse me after complaining to lease company.

kers that work there. Today the guy behind the counter was too busy to walk 10 yards to my car with a tread gauge - said it would be 30 mins before he could do that...... this is not an uncommon level of customer service. Might not be my own money - but its my own time.
With my other car I have used National, Farmer, Central Tyre and they have all been a pleasure whilst Kwikfit has always (bar one occasion) been a pain.

Not really the fault of Kwik fit is it? the lease company will only pay for new tyres if they are less than Xmm. Not kwik fits fault if they have more thread on is it?tim2100 said:

Did that yesterday. And found last years "good guy" at the next branch. It seems they shuffle the one or two good guys between branches - just to increase my chances of being 'served' by a useless sod. I have never had a problem using kwik fit. both Mobile & depot.
