Anti freeze tastes sweet. Hence why it is dangerous for animals and stuff.
It won't do you any harm unless you drink a load of it. It causes liver failure because it attaches to the receptors in the liver that do the work of removing toxins from your body. In the old days, they used to treat antifreeze poisoning by giving you a bottle of vodka because the alchohol takes up the receptors before the antifreeze does, and you just end up losing most of it in your urine. Nowadays they have some clever method that doesn't make you drunk.
