Clio immobilizer

My sons x reg clio immobilizer has started playing up....Anyone know a quick fix or where to start or who to ask ???

Two options, if you haven't got a spare key it may be worth getting one made/coded as they do play up a lot. If it plays up on both keys then de-immobilising is generally the best option but not always cheap. Try contacting your local auto locksmith or diagnostic specialist.

My mate at work had exactly the same thing. He bought a coded box off the internet that plugs into the diagnostic port and bypasses the immobiliser, it was £90 IIRC.
