Witnessed a road rage incident

Coming up slowly to a right-hand 90 degree bend in a housing estate that leads down to the main road, and with a road off that goes straight on, a little Colt hatchback comes belting up from the right and turns right to go the way I'd go if I went straight on at the corner instead of following it round (does that make sense?)

So he turns right into the road and the Transit pick up behind cuts the corner onto the wrong side, trying to get past the Colt and manages to block him off (I think they collided). I've stopped at this point. Bloke leaps out of Transit and runs around, but Coltman, showing remarkable presence of mind, hooks reverse, backs out of junction, Transitman runs into road, Coltman wheelspins off nearly hitting him, Transitman tries to kick Colt then legs it back to Transit shoots off up road to turn round, then realises he's got no chance, Colt's gone and gives up.

It was all over in about 20 seconds as I'm sat there thinking what do I do? If Transitman had got Coltman out of car do I phone police, go to his aid, try and video it as evidence, what? Luckily it didn't come to that.

Whatever Coltman did, Transitman looked out to try and kill him!

To answer your question, no that doesn't make the slightest amount of sense. I suggest rewriting it in a manner that will not cause the readers eyes to bleed.

Made perfect sense to me.

This being PH obviously you should have jumped out and beaten them both to death with a can of Redbull after performing VBRJ then retreated to your mapped BMW and sped off (obviously cadence clutching to gain maximum getaway speeds) then parked in a P&C space at the OXO tower before calling an Ambwlilans.

Ok, housing estate road, 90 degree right hand bend down to main road.

But at the bend I could go straight on into another road.

Imagine a T junction, I'm coming along the top of the T from left to right, but the road I'm on actually turns down the centre of the T, straight on is another road.

Colt comes up the centre of the T pursued by Transit. Turns right at the top of the T, Transit blocks, Colt reverses up back toward me then spears off back down the centre of the T to the main road.

Add in bloke jumping out Transit, Colt nearly running him over, Transitman trying to kick Colt etc and you're there.

I'd say call plod and report it. If you have the license plates of the van, I'd tell them that too. Whilst we don't know if Colt man "started it" the bottom line is the attempted assault by the van driver.

Don't get involved. Its not worth the hassle. For all you know, the Van man might have come home early and found Colt boy riding his missus and chased him out of the stable,, sorry house.

I think in this situation the only option is to get the transit man even more wound up and sit in your locked car photographing him while giggling like a little girl trying on her first training bra.

Sadly I have neither a smug over developed and unwarranted sense of superiority, nor a Volvo so I'm not sure that would work for me (or at least, I don't have a Volvo. )

Video on your phone and then shout at the attacker that's what you're doing which might stop him.

If it goes past a bloody nose and into serious GBH then personally I'd try to help using whatever means I deemed necessary.

I've go to be honest, there was not a single insult about Lloyds ethnic background in that, no reference to needing a drink, no fist slamming, no temple massaging before it explodes, and finally no threatening to kill 'E'.

Shameful.
