A fine spray that allows you to rub dirt and grit over paintwork without damaging it? Stocked in all good motor factors, right next to the snake oil.

I bought some to use as a quick substitute for polish/wax after givng the car a proper shampooing. Does a decent job - it is certainly a lot quicker than polishing and waxing and gives a good glossy finish, covering minor surface imperfections and with water beading off it in a satisfying manner. I only did it a couple of weeks ago so no idea how long it will last - almost certainly not as long as proper wax.

I certainly wouldn't spray it on to a dirty car as the adverts suggest.

So, Pros: Quick and easy to apply, gives a good finish.

Cons: Expensive, not quite as good as doing it the proper hard work way and likely not as long lasting.

Demon Shine spray on is a great quick to use product
You are supposed to wash the car but I have used it on my cars when they are a bit grubby, without any scratching.
