Well, Recaro was just bought out by another company. I know this because I now also make Recaro seats for Ford, as well as the other seats I used to make.

I find them very comfortable and the quality is very good compared to Sparco. Recaro is the best still though.

Bride seats also come in cool colours and with glitter paint on the back and what not which is kind of cool.


Maybe others do this but ive not seen it.

Takata harnesses are another very popular make at the moment with the JDM crew.

IDK, I Recaro seats best, followed by Bride. Find their style and support quite similar tbh.

Whilst Bride seats are very nice, they are poor value for money, esp with the exchange rate atm.

Also the amount of fakes going round are unreal!
Unless your buying directly from an official reseller, or you can prove where they came from they will be counterfit. Ebay, and various forums are full of knockoffs.

I actually quite like the various Sparcos I have had over the years, Recaros are nice but usually a pita to find subframes for them.
