What is it with some people?!

Just been out with my little brother so he can practise his driving in between lessons. He's had four lessons, and is doing okay. We live in a small village without much traffic, so should be no problems really.
Slowing down for a left turn, ok he was going slower than I would have done, but it was by no means unreasonable, especially for a learner with L plates on...
Bald middle aged guy behind in a picasso decides he needs to honk repeatedly and wave his fist and overtake us as we're making the manoeuvre.
Why?! It's obvious it was a learner driving, and we must have held him up for all of 5 seconds.
Grrrrrr.

It's because the bald middle-aged guy was born with a driving licence and never ever had to practice on the public highway. Either that or your rear L-plate fell off (which happened to me when I was practising with my father).
First thing we checked! L plate fully attached,I don't envy being him.
Had this the other week. Driving back from Suffolk after a nice day out and keeping to 30 through the villages, had a white van constantly up my arse, then as soon as we were out of a village the bald headed white van driver flies past, waving his fist at me.

He's obviously still game - which runs contrary to the notion that if you drive an MPV, you've effectively given up.
It's a good learning experience for the lad concerned. He'll experience a lot worse than that in the future. The sooner he learns to brush it off, the better. Some people are just a waste of skin and organs.
