There are some proper crazies about, I don't know why people bother interacting with these types.

You can clearly see the cyclist signaling as he should from the shadow. What a fkin wker the fked up tooth guy is. Cyclist did the correct thing to apologise and back down unless he fancied a fight. I think I'd taken the wrong road and most probably got my arse handed to me

Some people bring it on themselves though all the toothy guy says at the start is "oh come on mate" then the cyclist starts mouthing off about being on camera instead of doing that he should have just kept quiet cos he had nothing to say when the bloke come looking for trouble.

EFA. I think the guy did absolutely the right thing. Who wants to get tangled up with some lowlife and end up in hospital, down the station, etc? This way, the guy is forgotten about in half an hour, rather than being part of the rest of your life.

I'm quite tired of the bravado on here. I'll warrant most would do the same as me: about face & pedal! laugh You are not going to change his mind by arguing, so why waste your breath?

Because he apologised and backed down. Obviously if he was a real man he'd have F'd and blinded back and got a punch in the mouth for his trouble.

He wasn't, not everyone likes fighting or getting into confrontations over nothing with absolute strangers, doesn't make them a poof. Although, he would have been better off not to respond at all. D*cks like that who are just looking for an excuse to let out their anger management issues and generally their miserable lives on other people are predictable. If you poke a dog with a stick, don't be surprised if it tries to bite you etc.

I don't think the cyclist was especially saying please abuse me, then get out of the car and come back and threaten to attack me. I think he was basically saying I haven't done anything wrong and why are you shouting abuse at me. To be fair, I don't think he did anything especially wrong.

Angry man just came back because his ego was bruised that the cyclist dare pipe up to his pointless tirade of abuse and had to go back to teach him a lesson. Probably run out of smack and got the shakes.

Speculation aside, I'm no legal expert but I think he has just incriminated himself, if he could be identified:

The offence is created by section 5 of the Public Order Act 1986:

"(1) A person is guilty of an offence if he:

(a) uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour, or
(b) displays any writing, sign or other visible representation which is threatening, abusive or insulting,

within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby."

How much of an utter failure at life do you have to be to start screaming at strangers? To then get out of the car and walk back the way he'd came so he could yell in the guys face and threaten him is absolutely incredible. It's like he's put effort into being a complete waste of skin and air.

Hopefully one day the snaggle toothed freakshow starts on the wrong person and gets his mouthbreathing face stoved in.
