fk!!
I have lost my keys to my Allegro. This would be an annoyance in itself but they were the only set of keys I had. Also they had my door key on which meant I was stranded outside my house...
The question I have to ask is how would I get a new key?
Is it a case of new ignition barrel and new locks?
This would be expensive but I'm sure as this was a BL product then I could just scavenge a new barrel from the scrap yard.

Cheers,
Bob.

If you have the chassis number, I think there are places which can work out which key you got and make you a new one (assuming the lock is original). Try Google.

A plastic spoon should do it, surely?

There was an article in this month's Practical Classics about how to make your own replacement key to fit the existing barrel.
