high millage disco's. Good 2k barge buy

Been looking for a 2k run about for a while now. Looked at a jag s-type 3.0 V6 on lpg, a merc E class diesel and so on. But these big disco's look a cheap buy, whether it be a V6 on LPG or a TD diesel. But how reliable,cost to fix are these big old girls.I stay in a small village in mid lothian and last few years when it snows no one seems to be able to move. So hope if i get one of these it will be less of a problem this year.

Bought mine 3 years ago for a grand, mileage was 190k so took a bit of a gamble, its now on 208k, never once had any problems and i was pretty much the only one around here out and about in last winters snow. Despite whats said about them this has been totally reliable.
