Best Racing/Rally Experience

Hi all, I'm new to Piston heads. I wanted to find from you guys who have seen it all from track days to race instructors to experience days which ones you thought were great and why?
I've started a Rally School after racing for years and wanted to see what makes a great race/rally day for you?

I've done a couple and the main difference between the 2 was the level of teaching and the independence. You want to be as encouraging to the driver as possible whilst not sounding too patronising whilst giving the driver as much freedom as is safely possible.

I'd have thought they are the 2 main points aside from location and car.

Palmer Sport is what I have tried to base my School on, except we're on dirt. I used to be an instructor at Palmers and I thought I'd try it with rally cars...
I do spend most of my time teaching people to drift!!
