Crazy dangerous driver

I cant believe how dangerous this guy was

Driving home last night the traffic at the bottom of the M61 was particularly slow in the outside lane. I thought it could be a rolling road block at 40MPH. It carried on and one car was blocking the outside lane doing 40. Cars started to undertake and gradually i came up to the car in question. The driver kept leaning over to the passenger side shouting. I thought it was a domestic. Eventually everyone had undertaken and i was directly behind at 40 with the middle lane doing 70. Somone let me in to undertake. The guy was on his own and what i thought was leaning over to argue with a passenger was actually him leaning over to give the finger to all the cars passing on the inside. He gave me plenty shouting and ranting. once i got infront he carried on with the finger also he had full beam on. What an absolute tosser this was an accident waiting to happen. It took 7 miles of 40 MPH before I got past him. Did anyone else on here see this?

I did ring the police. I would love to know if they got him. what a prat.
