Help! Paint on my car seat. How do I get it off?

I accidentally got some blue touch-up paint on the back seat of my Impreza. How do I get it off? Have tried soap and water and white spirit so far but no luck. Any ideas?

It may sound wierd but as a last resort i would try WD40. I dropped a lid of gloss paint face down on my cream carpet. I tried various things but as a last resort (nothing to lose) i found WD40 sank the paint to the base of the carpet. I was amazed and got away with it. Not sure about a car seat though. Good luck.
