Hello
Ive been reading the forums for a while but this is my 1st post.

Girlfreind who is insured as a named driver on my car had a bump 4 weeks ago. She hit the back of a car at a junction at approx 20-25mph. They pulled over exchanged details, took photos and everyone said they were fine (driver and 2 pasengers) O/h called me and I was there in 5mins.
Everyone seemed fine and the damage was just to their plastic rear bumper so I offered to get the damage sorted which was done within a week.

Today I have recieved a letter from "MR LAW SOLICITORS the injury specialists" "we write to advise you that we have been instructed on behalf of (the 2 pasengers) to pursue a claim for compensation for their injuries and losses".

I am going to contact my insurance company in the morning but how much trouble am I in hear as I havent informed them of the accident?

You haven't prejudiced their position at all, they wont be angry. They will be angry at the ambulance chasers though. Don't stress.

Can't see why. The insurance companies provide/sell details of claims received to the ambulance chasers. In this instance, it was obviously someone being greedy directly.
