Hamilton has a shelby GT350 mustang too
Also no lambos, no zondas no Konnisegg really all the cars mentioned are well under £150k and in theory they are cars which petrol heads Could buy either used or new if they saved up hard enough.

Saw an interview with.... possibly Webber? and when asked about his daily drive he said he wanted something practical, because nothing was going to be faster or more fun to drive than his F1 car so he didnt see the point of having something too quick on the road.

I'm pretty sure when Schumacher rolled with Ferrari he ran around in a Fiat 500.
When I was about 15 or so, I used to buy Autocar every week.
The F1 column then was usually full of articles about F1 drivers racing each other to and from the airport in rental cars (FIAT Stradas, ghastly American things and the like) - Real drivers don't need supercars
As I remember they mostly drove Mercedes S450s too, because they were big and comfy, rather than because of their prodigious speed or razor sharp handling.
As someone else said, after driving an F1 car for a living, everything else is going to seem pretty tame...
