Just wondering if anyone had any idea at all what kind of price I might expect to pay to get a leather seat repaired.

Basically it has the tiniest little hole in the left hand bolster of the drivers seat. Very tiny literally 2-3mm in diameter. I want to get it fixed now before it gets bigger.

Just wondered what kind of cost for something like that I should expect?

Cheers,

Matt

£40 - £60 round my way for retrim to drivers side bolster.

Depends on the leather / colour though.

If you're a neat worker you can sort that yourself,

  • Poke a small piece of thin leather or cloth though the hole so that it sits beneath the surface.
  • Use a pin poked through the hole to hold the seat leather up from what you just poked in.
  • Squeeze some Evostik (from a fresh small tube) in through the hole and then smear it around inside with the pin.
  • Wait a couple of minutes.
  • Remove pin and gently press the surface down onto the patch using an absorbent material in case some damp glue comes up through the hole.
That costs almost nothing and should be enough to stop the hole getting any bigger.
