*** STOLEN *** Ford Anglia 1966 Purbeck Grey

Hi,

My Ford Anglia has been stolen from a rented council garage in Wokingham, Berkshire and I am desperate to get it back. It is a 1966 Purbeck grey with white roof and red interior Anglia Deluxe - reg OJH 480D, chassis no. BB22FY20641, approx mileage 37,000.
Please keep a good lookout. I have had this car for over 25 years so it means a lot to me.

Sorry to hear OP, I hope they realise quickly how unsaleable such a unique vehicle is and drop it like a hot cake.

That's dreadful. It's bad enough when a car gets stolen when the owner just sees it as a 'white good', but something you've owned and cherished for 25 years...

I hope you get it back soon and the people that took it receive injuries.

As above, keep a look out for parts on owners clubs and ebay, but I would imagine anyone intelligent enough to drive a car would realise that such a unique car will not be easy to sell on. With any luck it will turn up soon

Sadly, no news. I was hoping someone might have the telephone number for the 'people in the know' but I haven't heard anything.

I would like to park my job to one side and scour the country for as long as it takes but I don't think I will find it that way.

Still hoping whoever has it will just drop it like a hot potato.
