Apologies if this is the wrong section!

I'm currently busy trying to return a 1993 Cavalier to factory condition, with the current focus being the chassis and floorpan. There is no extensive rot on the car, no holes to be repaired however there are a good few areas where surface corrosion has started. I've scraped off alot of the old, original underseal then started to take any corroded areas back to the bare metal using a wire wheel attachment on the grinder. So, basically have this...

The camera makes the rusty areas look worse, but I assure you it all surface and not deep set rot!

Obviously there's much to do, alot more scraping, wire wheel and grinding and then the whole lot needs wiped down to remove any residue from the undersealer. Next steop, treat any rusty areas and then prime, seal...

I've used both Kurust and Genolite on other areas of the bodywork to try and 'kill' corrosion (after buffing it back to clean metal) but having primed it roughly (just to stop it rusting again) I've found a couple of areas where it's starting to discolour the primer. So, I'm now in need or a product to apply to any buffed areas of corrosion to help kill it before I apply the etch primer, seem sealer and finally the underseal.

So In short, I'm hoping some of you may be able to advise on the best products / techniques to get the chassis a) totally stripped b) fully rust treated and then c) primed, sealed and finished.

Many thanks in advance

POR15 or red oxide primer, and then a nice thick coat of Bituminous paint.
